No Bones & new die cuts!!

Today I'm sharing High Hopes adorable image called No Bones Doggy....isn't he just so cute?! I have the perfect person to send this card out to.

I had quite a bit of fun creating this card. I love banners and can never get them quite right unless I have a die to cut them with. This time I thought why not give my die cutter a whirl. So I ended up making the little banners that way. I don't know that I would have been able to do the little ones by hand. I cut out three sizes of ovals and cut off a piece on the right side of each one. A little grosgrain ribbon, patterned paper & adhesive dots and this card was all done.

Matchmakin' Maynard

Happy Saturday!

Today I'm sharing this adorable image by High Hopes Rubber Stamps called Matchmakin' Maynard which I have paired with the sentiment called Sm. Fancy Be My Valentine. I'm in LOVE with this little dude. I decided to colour him up using very non-traditional dragon colours. Purple is my favourite colour & putting it with a lime green and teal blue just makes perfect sense to me lol.

I cut Maynard out using circle dies, added some ribbon & sparkly dots and poof he was all done.

I Love You.....

Happy Saturday & thank you for joining me today.

I'm having trouble believing that it is January 11th already where does the time go? I made this card for my daughter, not for Valentine's Day but just to let her know how much she means to me. Life has a way of putting obstacles in our way that are out of our control & our girl has fought hard to make her voice heard. It feels good to make a card just because.

I picked Kitty's Heart Frame & the I Love You sentiment. Our daughter loves cats...oh who am I kidding the kid loves every animal on the planet lol. That's why we have 2 hedgehogs, 3 dogs & 1 cat, we would have more if her Daddy would cave in.

Don't look at my creased ribbon, I have to figure out how to straighten that out still. I decided to play around with a couple of different patterned papers for this card...keeping the cardstock neutral. I added some Stickles for sparkle & adhesive dots.

Our Love Is....

Happy Saturday & thank you for joining me today!

We are celebrating everything Love at High Hopes this month. Today I'm using the adorable image called Andy & Alex Mouse which I have combined with the Dot Our Love Is sentiment. This little mouse couple are just so sweet. I will be using this as my Anniversary card for my hubby this year....so bring on October I'm ready!
