Thinking of you!

Today I'm sharing a bright & cheerful card using Thinking Posey Button Signage & Flower Button Border from High Hopes.

Sometimes I just want to send a card to a friend or family member that just tells them I'm thinking of them.  So I created this little cutie so I'm ready.

The Flower Button Border was almost the perfect size for this A2 card, I just nipped off two tiny little ends so it fit perfect.  I fussy cut out the border & then took a black marker to get rid of all the white edges and just went around the image.  It was an easy border to cut out & only took me a few minutes.

You can't see it in the photo but I did add some Wink of Stella Clear Glitter to parts of the flowers.  I just couldn't resist the gingham paper for this card.  I love gingham and never seem to use it.

Anniversary Love!!

Today I'm sharing some Anniversary love with Burt & Doris from High Hopes.  I adore this image so I just had to make a card for my stash with it.  I have paired Burt & Doris with a Happy Anniversary sentiment.

A chose a complimentary patterned paper for this card to add a bit of pizzazz.  Of course I have a few self adhesive dots with ribbon...what's a card without those?!

Really.......

Today I have a funny card to share with you.  This is Birthday Belle from High Hopes and this old gal just cracks me up.  I paired this cutie with the Birthday Again sentiment because I can just hear Belle saying that as she blows out her candles lol.

The inspiration for the design for this card came from Splitcoaststampers Sketch SC751.  I added some ribbon & self adhesive dots (so love those) with the patterned paper & cardstock.

Belle is colored with the following Copics….

Get Well Soon!!

It's a dull and rainy day here in Bolton, Ontario so I thought it would be the perfect time to share some Get Well Soon cheer.  I have combined 3 images on this little CAS (Clean & Simple SC749) card, all images are High Hopes of course lol - Get Well Sign Q121, Sm. It's your day!!!

I created this card with the perfect person in mind to give it too....I can't tell you who because then the hippo will be out of the bag lol.

This is Heloise Hippo from High Hopes & I have paired her with the Balloon Bouquet & 2 sentiments Hippy Ray and It's your Day!

I decided to play around with some different patterned paper cuts with this one.  Ah let me just say that I have a bunch of cut up patterned paper on my desk.  Seems I just couldn't decide on just the right combo of colors.  Finally I settled on the this design....I put all the rest with the pad they came from and will use them another day lol.

Am I the only one who finds tiny bows very challenging?  I struggled with shaky hands trying to get this one done but it's on there now and it's not coming off anytime soon.  Not perfect but at least the color is pretty.  It's hard to tell from the picture but I did add some glitter to the balloons & the strings.

Have A Koala-ty Day!

It's Friday & I thought this would be the perfect card to celebrate the weekend.  This little cutie is called Koala from High Hopes.  I have paired it with the sentiment Koala-ty Day!

Sometimes like others I get in a fog and just can't think of a new stylish way to make a card....so I need inspiration.  One of my go to places for that is over on Splitcoaststampers.  Every Wednesday they have a new Sketch Challenge to play with.  This week the sketch challenge (SC750) totally inspired my creativity & I came up with this little cutie based on their Allison's Sketch Challenge.

This little cutie is colored with the following Copic's….

I added a little bit of taffeta ribbon (my fav) & some self adhesive dots, oh and I broke out the good old punches....haven't done that in a very long time!!
