My 2 friends and I enjoy crafting together....we are like the 3 pack craft pack. One of our friends just recently celebrated her "29 again" birthday. What do you buy for someone who already has it all? It's tough so this was the idea...make her something that represents who she is. Now this special "crafty pack gal" is the guru of everything baked, cooked & crafty so that makes it even a harder task. She also makes tons of albums and shadow box frames herself as gifts. So basically I high jacked her idea lol. We like to do a little something nice for each other for our birthdays...it's just fun. I typically am the one in the group who never has time to get a project done, so it was my turn to make it happen.
I have used Ronda Stamping Angel and Kathy Quilting Angel both from High Hopes Rubber Stamps for this project. I found a couple of cool little crafty quotes on line so I re-typed them, printed them on my laser and used my Minc with Gold foil to make the words pretty. I don't know who thought up the quotes so I can't give credit to them but whoever you are thank you. I picked up this adorable shadow box frame at our local Winners...it was just perfect for the project.
I added some pretty lace and pearls at the top and bottom of the frame to embellish it & also on the 4 x 6 cards.
