It kind of feels like Monday today because we had a holiday yesterday, Family Day & it through me right off. I'm back today with another Jeweled Acetate card. This technique is quite interesting. It combines Pearl Ex, heat resistant acetate, a water base ink pad & clear embossing powder. The technique originated on Technique Junkies. The technique is on the round oval portion.
This card is 6 x 6, base is Stampin' Up! Pretty in Pink with a retired SU patterned paper. I air compressed the card base , both mats, SU Ribbon and two brads to match with my R02 Copic marker.
Copics Used:
Skin: E000, E00, E21, E01, R20
Hair: E35, Y23, YR23
Shirt & Socks: R00, R02, R000
Dress & Present: E43, E44, E41
Present: R00 & R02
Pearl Ex Used: Copper & Sparkle Gold
Ink: SU Chocolate Chip & Momento Black
This is a fairly basic card with no glitter...I can hardly believe I have no glitter...
This is a close up of Tilda:
Hope you enjoy today's post & as always I appreciate all your comments.
Cheers,
She is so sweet!! Love how you colored her too!!
Hugs

Super card Lori.
Your colouring looks great. I like the look of that jeweled acetate technique. I take it that is what is behind Tilda on the oval.
The colours look great.

Love that you used a stamp that may have been meant for Christmas and made it look like a birthday card. Wonderful coloring. I am going to have to try that technique. TFS
