It's the day for hugs & kisses so I thought it would be a good day to post my Berry Tilda card using the Jeweled Acetate Technique. This is the first time I have made a card in 6" x 6"...WOW I was so surprised how much more space you have to create when you make a card this size...now I know what I have been missing all this time.
I have had this lovely K & Co. embossed vellum in my stash for about 6 years...yep 6 years. I was waiting for the right time to use it...think I found it. The card stock is SU - Chocolate Chip, Sahara Sand & Pink Pirouette. I used SU Whimsical Words for the Sentiment with the Curly Label punch & added a bit of glitter with a Sakura pen around the outside of the frame, blower, dress, socks and bench...it is difficult to see in the picture. I coloured Tilda with Copics:
Hair: YR23, Y23, E35
Dress & Socks: R00, R02, R000, E44, E43, E41
Skin: E00, E000, E21, E01, R20
Bench: E53, E77, E74
Pearl Ex: Copper & White
Thanks for stoppin' by, see you again with a couple more Jeweled Acetate Technique cards!
Cheers,
Hi!
WOW...I love your card!!!
I always make my cards in the size 6"x6" and it´s hard for my to do smaller cards...there is no space for embellishments *LOL*
Happy Valentined Day!

I love the colors. Sometimes I think the softer colors look better than the brighter ones. Great job!!!

Hi Lora,
Your card is beautiful. I love the colours you have used and the Spellbinders lattice border looks fantastic. I love the colour you have used for Tilda's dress and socks.
